We respect the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy provides our policies for collecting, using, and disclosing your information. Users can access the MockGen service (the ‘Service’) through the website, through APIs, and via third-parties.

Information we collect and store

Account Details: When you sign up, we collect a small amount of personal information such as name and email address.

Generation settings: When creating a Generation request, you will provide details such as the URL of the starting page and field values for auto populating forms.

Files: We store files you may provide such as templates and style sheets on our servers.

Log data: When you use the Service, we may record details of your interaction with the Service including but not limited to your IP address, time stamps, and browser type.

Cookies: The Service uses “cookies” that are small pieces of information stored by your browser when accessing the Service. Cookies are a requirement of our web server to associate a ‘session’ with a user, and expire after 20mins of no activity. We also use cookies to allow the Service to remember you and automate future logins if you choose this option, to personalise your experience, and to provide us usage information so that we can improve the Service.

Credit Card Security: The Service uses third party services Chargify and DPS to collect and process credit card information as part of the subscription sign up and on-going billing, the Service never stores your credit card details on its servers. Use of your information

Personal Information: We use the email address and other details specified on your account to send you generated mock-ups, and to send other communication that you have authorised. We may from time to time send emails even if you have opted for No Communication if deemed to be important.

Generation settings and Files: You may provide data that is deemed to be confidential such as unpublished URLs, login details to auto populate fields on forms, personal template files, or style sheets. This data is only used in the processing of requests as appropriate.

Sharing and Disclosure of information

Third parties: We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties unless required by law. Anonymous usage data may be provided to third parties to help us improve the Service.

Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement: We will release information when it is appropriate for: legal compliance and law enforcement; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; or to protect the rights and property of xemware limited, its users, or others.

Maintaining your information

You may at any time change the information stored on your account. We may keep a record of previously entered and altered information to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
